Prices
All rates are quoted per room per night and are inclusive of Full Guernsey Breakfast.
(Prices are charged in accordance with the current Hotel tariff and no responsibility is taken for prices published by publications outside of our control.)
Credit Cards
Your card details will be used to guarantee your booking. No charges will be made unless specified or in the event of failure to comply with our cancellation policy. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro, American Express.
Cheques cannot be accepted under any circumstances,
Arrivals and Departures
Check in is from 2pm
Guests are requested to vacate rooms by 11am
Cancellations Policy for 1-2 night stay: you may cancel up to 2pm, 48 hours prior without charge. If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival you will be charged the full amount due.
Cancellations Policy for a stay of 3 nights or more:
8 weeks plus - Forfeiture of Deposit
3 to 8 weeks - Forfeiture of Deposit + 20% Remaining Balance
1 to 2 weeks - Forfeiture of Deposit + 50% Remaining Balance
1 week to day of arrival - Forfeiture of Deposit + 75% Remaining Balance
Day of arrival or later - Forfeiture of Deposit + 100% Remaining Balance
Deposits
We will require a deposit of the 1st night’s stay if you are staying 3 nights or more and/or on special occations. All deposits are non refundable.
Insurance
Air and Ferry services are occasionally affected by adverse weather conditions. In such instances the cancellation charges outlined above still apply. Clients are therefore strongly advised to consider taking out a holiday insurance, which would protect against cancellation and loss of baggage, personal effects and money.
Children’s Rates
Children between the ages of 2 and 12 years sharing a family room accommodation with 2 adults are charged at 50% of the tariff. Children under 2 years, free of charge. Cots and Highchairs are available free of charge. Children under the age of 18 yrs must be accompanied by a responsible adult

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All room types and requests booked on-line will be honoured wherever possible. In case of changes/modifications a notification will be sent as soon as possible after booking confirmation occurs.
Whilst care is taken to provide secure conditions, clients are strongly advised to take all reasonable precautions to safeguard their property and attention is drawn to the notice limiting the Hotel’s liability and which are found in the Reception area.
