The Brasserie at the Duke of Normandie welcomes hotel residents and non-residents alike.

We are very proud of the food our kitchen team produces, led ably by Head Chef Barry Smyth, who has vast hotel/restaurant experience on the island.
 
An airy and stylish place for breakfast, with a choice of continental or traditional English menus, the Brasserie makes a perfect start to your day.
 
Dinner at the Brasserie is relaxed and casual, attracting discerning locals as well as hotel residents.
  
We welcome bookings for conferences (up to 30 people) and private dinners (up to 60 people).
